The Sour Devil

Ingredients:
  • 60 ml UNKNOWN Lands | Devil's Peak
  • 30 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 20 ml sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Garnish: dried lemon slice
Preparation:

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker and shake for approx. 15 seconds as a "dry shake" without ice. Open carefully, add a large ice cube and shake again for 10 seconds. Then double strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a slice of dried lemon. Skål!
