The Adventurer's Fizz
Ingredients:
- 45 ml Barrel Aged Gin
- 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 10 ml sugar syrup
- Soda water (to fill up)
- Ice cubes
- 1 slice of lemon to garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the barrel-aged gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously and strain into a highball glass over ice.
- Top up with soda water until the glass is almost full.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve.
